Hi Cielitos!

In case you missed it, I wanted to remind y'all that we'll be performing at the Slater Culture Show tomorrow! Please come out and show all of the performers your love <3 If you have any questions about our practices, gatherings, and events, feel free to ask us on our Discord or email Denisse (da109) and me (im104). Below are a few bullet points of various volunteer and performance opportunities, and a couple events to keep an eye out for!

Sign up for our Freestyle performance(s) by EOD 10/27! We'll be doing Jarabe Tapatio and a partnered bachata <3
Sign up to help with Dia de los Muertos hair and/or make-up by EOD 10/29!
Don't forget to attend Dia de los Muertos 11/01 in Tishman at 5! Make sure to RSVP.
Sign up for our WCD performance(s) by EOD 11/02! We're going to have 3 dances, Chiapas, a Joropo, and a vaguely Cha-cha styled partnered contemporary dance to I Like It!

Sunday 10/29

3 pm, La Bruja + La Llorona: We'll be going over both dances for the full two hours to make sure we can get our timing down!

Thursday 11/02

9 pm, No es una Novela: Bachata partnered dance <3
10:30 pm, Jarabe Tapatio: Jalisco-style partnered dance

Sunday 9/24

4 pm, Jarabe Tapatio + No es una Novela: Just practice runs of them back-to-back!
5 pm, Brisa de Achuguas: Joropo!
